Analysis of uterine contractuality in patients with implantation failure. IB research for SEF, 2016.

  • 18-08-2016

Implantation failure is one of reproductive medicine's biggest challenges and it is for this reason that our unit which specialises in its treatment is working on and researching new approaches. One of the new lines of research include approaches in order to reduce uterine contractuality so that embryo acceptance is facilitated during transfer.

Standardisation of a technique for identifying uterine contractions prior to transfer is essential in achieving efficiency in these new, emerging techniques.

In this research work carried out by Instituto Bernabeu and accepted by the SEF scientific committee for its annual congress, we conclude that the accelerated video system is a reliable method for uterine contractuality assessment prior to embryo transfer.

ACCELERATED VIDEO IS A REALIABLE METHOD FOR UTERINE CONTRACTUALITY ASSESSMENT PRIOR TO EMBRYO TRANSFER. B. Moliner, J. Ll. Aparicio, F. Sellers, L. Luque, AM. Castillo, P. Baviera, JC. Castillo, R. Bernabeu. Poster.
