Dr Andrea Bernabeu, a gynaecologist at Instituto Bernabeu, was recently handed the Young Investigator Award in New York in recognition of Instituto Bernabeu’s work on advanced genetics techniques for the detection of chromosome abnormalities in embryos. The Young Investigator Award was awarded by the Translational and Reproductive Biology and Clinical Reproductive Endocrinology international congress held in New York between 16th and 19th November and sponsored by the US Foundation for Reproductive Medicine (FRM).
