Instituto Bernabeu and the University of Castilla La Mancha sign a collaboration agreement to foment R&D in the field of reproductive medicine.
Mr. Julián Garde, Vice Chancellor of Scientific Research and Policy at the University of Castilla La Mancha (Spain) and Dr Rafael Bernabeu from Reproductive Medicine in Instituto Bernabeu have signed a framework collaboration agreement to foment joint Research and Development.
The agreement means that different lines of research on which Instituto Bernabeu has extensive of experience, such as studies on repeated implantation failure and repeated miscarriage or poor ovarian response in women, may be carried out. Likewise, in Instituto Bernabeu in Albacete, there are currently two lines of research under way on sperm health.
Dr Rafael Bernabeu, in reference to the agreement, pointed out that “there are currently synergies between us and we believe that the only way to achieve a sustained impulse it to bring universities and healthcare companies closer together.” For his part, Julián Garde, Vice Chancellor of Scientific Research and Policy at UCLM, pointed out "the use of shared resources in order to put scientific equipment to good use and the possibility of carrying out activities with a link to teaching and training."
